SUMMARY:JP Sports Turf Battle of the Borders
DESCRIPTION:The Turf Battle of the Borders is one of our most popular events for the AA and A teams. Last year over 80 teams took part in this event. This will be a great way to get double the points on 100% turf fields\, almost guaranteeing your team gets games in!  This USSSA NIT is a State and World Series Qualifier\, that will earn your team NIT points!!!  Don’t miss your opportunity for an early season NIT on turf! \nTBK Bank Sports Complex:  \nWith a total of 14 turf diamonds:  10 full synthetic turf fields with lights outdoors and 4 full synthetic turf fields indoors.  TBK Bank Sports Complex is also home to an indoor family entertainment center featuring a restaurant\, bar\, bowling\, arcades\, laser tag\, golf simulator\, and escape rooms all on-site.  TBK is a must play facility for the 2025 season and is always rated as a top facility for youth baseball year in and year out! \nThis tournament will be governed by USSSA Rules and Rostering\, along with JP Sports.  \nYou MUST Register through USSSA AND JP Sports .   By registering for this tournament you agree and understand your team must be sanctioned and have your USSSA roster completed.  \nNO METAL SPIKES OR SUNFLOWER SEEDS AT TBK\nDate: 04/25/25-04/27/25\nGame Guarantee: 3 Games\nTournament Format: Each team will play 2 pool play games\, followed by bracket play.\nExpected Number of Teams: 80+\nExpected Start Times: Games will start Friday evening at 5pm\, if needed.\nParking is FREE!\nTBK: 4850 Competition Drive\, Bettendorf\, Iowa 52722\nThe event is for the following ages:\n9u (Open/AA/A) – 46′ mound\, 65′ bases\n10u (Open/AA/A) – 46′ mound\, 65′ bases\n11u (Open/AA/A) – 50′ mound\, 70′ bases\n12u (Open/AA/A) – 50′ mound\, 70′ bases\n13u (Open/AA/A) – 54′ mound\, 80′ bases\n14u (Open/AA/A) – 60′ mound\, 90′ bases \nCost:\n9u-14u = $625\n15u-16u =$800 \nHotels:\n*Teams traveling for this event MUST book their hotels through our housing partner\, Plex Travel.  This event is a Stay-to-Play event.  Once you have registered we recommend securing your hotel rooms right away.  The Plex Travel Hotel Link \nJP Sports reserves the right to combine classes/divisions as necessary. \nJP Sports also has the right to add additional fields as needed.
