DESCRIPTION:Competition Overview\n\nThe 2026 edition will feature three primary divisions: \n\nMen’s Elite Division\nMen’s Open Division\nWomen’s Open Division\n\n\nSchedule & Format\n\n\nThursday\, May 14:\nMen’s Elite Division begins (evening matches only)\nFriday\, May 15 – Sunday\, May 17:\nFull competition across all divisions\, with matches beginning as early as 8:00 a.m.\nSunday\, May 17:\nAll matches conclude by 4:00 p.m.\n\nThe competition schedule has been intentionally structured to provide a high-quality playing experience while maximizing access to the broader international event taking place alongside the tournament. \n\nInternational Championship Integration\n\nRunning in parallel\, the Quad Cities will also host the NACHC Men’s Senior Continental Championship and IHF World Championship Qualifier from May 12–16\, 2026. \nThis unique alignment creates an unprecedented opportunity for players\, coaches\, and fans to experience both elite club competition and international national team play in a single venue. \n\nNational team matches (Tuesday–Saturday) will be ticketed events\nThe U.S. Open schedule has been designed to minimize overlap\, allowing participants and attendees to take in both competitions\n\nTeams registering for the U.S. Open will have the option within the Sport80 platform to secure ticket allotments for these international matches as part of their registration. \n\nRegistration Details\n\n\nInitial Registration Deadline: April 24\, 2026\nLate Registration Window (with fee): April 25 – May 4\, 2026\n\nAll teams are encouraged to review the full competition structure\, policies\, and logistics outlined in the official registration packet. \n\nRegistration Packet\nSport80 Team Registration\nFree Agent Player Registration\nVolunteer Interest Form\n\nFor those not participating in the tournament\, ticket information for the NACHC Championship matches is available here: \n\nMatch Tickets Portal\n\n\nA Premier Domestic Event\n\nThe return to the Quad Cities reinforces USA Team Handball’s commitment to delivering high-level competition environments that elevate the sport domestically.
