SUMMARY:Tournament of Champions
DESCRIPTION:The Tournament of Champions started in 2007 in Burlington\, IA. with designs to be a highly competitive high school girls’ soccer event.  We started with 10 teams and had some of the best teams in the Midwest from Iowa\, Illinois\, Missouri\, and Kansas.  That number grew to 25 in 2008 with teams from Colorado and North Carolina attending.   \nBurlington was home for the TOC until 2023 when we made the jump to Bettendorf.  Burlington was a great host\, but Bettendorf provided us with better options for our participating teams. \n​The purpose of this event and mission so to speak is\, “Where the Best of the Best come to play.”  We truly believe that no other event can rival what we have put together.  In our 19-year history\, we have welcomed over 120 teams from 7 different states and annually have numerous nationally ranked teams taking part in our event. \nRegistration is open for the 2026 Tournament of Champions.  The date will be April 30-May 2\, 2026. \nFor more information\, click HERE

DESCRIPTION:MIDWEST MAY CUP \nDates: May 15-17\, 2026Age Groups: Boys U9-U19 & Girls U9-U15 \nTuition: 7v7 = $645\, 9v9 = $745\, 11v11 = $845  \nLocation: TBK Bank Sports ComplexBettendorf\, Iowa \nFormat: 3 Game Guarantee\, Championship FormatRegistration Deadline: April 4Early Registration Discount Deadline: February 3rd  \nThis event will once host our maximum capacity of 150 teams from multiple states.  Last year in each of our Tournament Guru events sold out at maximum capacity and each event welcomed over 70 teams from out of state.  In total 60+ clubs and 8 states were represented. The event will offer Gold\, Silver\, and Bronze level competition at most age groups.  Historically\, registration has been forced to close early due to high demand. This USYS sanctioned event will be run using the GotSport registration and scheduling software. \nAll teams are guaranteed 3 group stage games. 1st and 2nd place teams will advance to a championship final in U15 and younger age groups.  \nTBK Bank Sports Complex is one of the marquee youth sports facilities in the country.  The 75 acre complex has the best fields and off the field fun you can find\, all without leaving the park.  \n​ \n10 lighted turf baseball fields which convert into 4\, Full Size and 2\, 9v9 Soccer Fields 2\, Full Size Turf Soccer Fields2\, Full Size Grass Soccer Fields1\, Indoor Full Size Turf Soccer FieldAdditional Amenities: \n32 Lane Brunswick Bowling AlleyVideo Game Arcade \nLaser Tag ArenaEscape Rooms \nRestaurant \nSports Bar  \nThis year the Midwest May Cup will also utilize two off site venues. On Saturday we will have additional games played on field #1 atDavenport Soccer Complex 8991 N. Our weather guidelines are aligned with those suggested/used by USSF and ISA. All games will be played on synthetic turf\, and high quality grass fields which allows us to play even through heavy rain.  However\, game stoppage can occur due to hazardous conditions such as lightning or temperature levels. Weather updates / adjustments will be sent via email/text messages through your GotSoccer account. \nAdjustments made to games due to weather are at the discretion of the tournament committee (comprised of Tournament Director\, Event Executive Staff\, and Young Athlete Center’s ATC staff). It is our intention to provide a fun\, playable\, safe environment for all teams participating to get the competition they have come in search of.• Games could be delayed or shortened. • Games played until/beyond halftime can be considered final at the moment stopped if necessary.Should temperatures exceed 93 degrees Fahrenheit\, matches may be halted or shortened in accordance with USSF guidelines.  All matches will have a mandatory water break during each period of play.  The water break will be 3 minutes long and the match clock will run during the break. • U14 and younger divisions\, adjustments/cancellations will be made when expected game time temperature is 18 degrees cold index with windchill or 106 degrees heat index. For games played in U15 and older divisions\, adjustments/cancellations will be made when expected game time temperature is 14 degrees cold index with windchill or 106 degrees heat index.• Any additional changes to the schedule deemed necessary by the Tournament Committee will be exercised with as much notice as possible for all teams involved. \n\n
