Head Coach\, Assistant Coach\, score/timekeeper.\nCoaches MUST TURN IN THE ATTACHED ROSTER AT REGISTRATION– or your team will NOT be allowed to play! Do not e-mail – turn in this roster at registration.\nTurn in this attached roster at registration. Do not e-mail. Do not use our online registration. Bring this filled out to coaches’ registration.\nOnly players on the roster will be allowed to participate on your team.\nOnly players on your roster can sit on the bench.\n\n  \nPLAYERS ON TWO TEAMS \n\nPlayers are NOT allowed to play on two teams in the same division.\nIf a team has a limited number of players due to injuries\, the coach must inform the tournament director if the team is going to use other players. Or turn in the form found on our website.\nPlayers may play on two teams in different divisions.\nPlayers\, if playing on two teams in different divisions\, absolutely may NOT join a game once a game has started.\nOnly players on the roster are allowed to sit on the bench.\n\n  \nPOG PINS \n\nOfficals will pass out a Play of the Game Pin on SAT Only to one player from each team after the game.\nTell player to go to banners and fill out the rest of the information to have their picture for social media.\n\n  \nSCHEDULE \n\nFormat for 4GG (games guaranteed) (SAT=2 game Pool Play / SUN=2 Games Bracket)\nRIGHT SIDE winners receive Trophies & Medals.\nLEFT SIDE winners receive Medals.\nRIGHT SIDE Runner ups receive Medals.\nSUN BRACKET: Format for 6 Team Brackets (some teams may get 3 games)\nSUN BRACKET: Format for 3 Team Pools – Will be Round-Robin format and only winner will receive trophies & medals\nSchedules will be e-mailed to you Monday very late.\nSchedules – please download our App on Apple or Android to view schedule\nDoors open 45 minutes before 1st game\nTeams are scheduled by Grade Division First – Then Skill Level! Therefore\, some grades may be combined to create competitive match ups.\n\nHotels: Fall Championships – The Plex Travel
