Here at TBK Bank Sports Complex we want to give our guests the option to rent space for your team to practice on, play a game, or hold a birthday party! You will find how to rent a court or field, and pricing details below.

How Do I Rent A Surface?

  • Email: Large renters, tournament organizers, team coordinators or any other bulk renters may want to choose to contact our Rentals Coordinator to facilitate their organization. For more information reach out to them here.

WHAT SURFACES ARE AVAILABLE?

  • Outdoor Turf Fields 1-4

    • These innovative flex space 400 x 400 ft turf pods are primarily used for baseball, softball, or soccer. These fields can be used as 4 high school/collegiate baseball fields, 4 soccer fields, or be separated into 8 youth baseball/softball fields (or any combination.) These pods can be converted to smaller fields with portable fencing to separate and secure play. All fields have the highest quality lighting available.

 

  • Small Baseball/Softball Fields (less than 240 ft fields)

    • User must book out one field per pod (i.e. 1 or 1A)

 

  • Large Baseball Fields (larger than 240 ft fields)

    • User must book both fields per pod (i.e. 1 and 1A)

 

  • Soccer Field

    • User must book both fields per pod (i.e. 1 and 1A)

 

  • Indoor Soccer Field

    • User must book both halves to reserve the full field

 

  • Outdoor Baseball Fields 5-6

    • These lighted, full turf fields are primarily used for baseball/softball. These 300 ft fields are designed for 12-16 year old baseball but can easily be used for slow pitch softball, fast pitch softball or soccer (9 v 9).

 

  • Indoor Multi-Purpose Training Area/Batting Cages (Level II)

    • The training area in the mezzanine area of TBK is one of the most versatile athletic training areas you will find. This nearly 16,000 sq. ft turf space contains 9 batting cages/pitching lanes to rent. These cages can be pulled back to create a larger area to accommodate groups or alternate sports. The entire perimeter of the multi-purpose training area will be enclosed with barrier netting to allow your training to be game speed. If you are looking for a home for your athletes to train in, this is the space for you.

 

  • Genesis Hit-Trax Batting Cage

    • TBK has teamed up with Genesis Physical Therapy to provide clients of TBK to use some of the most advanced technology the baseball/softball world has to offer – HitTrax. HitTrax technology allows the rising baseball/softball player to learn through the power of analytics and sabermetrics supplied by the HitTrax machine. The batting cage and HitTRax will be located inside the Genesis clinic on the first floor of TBK Bank Sports Complex.

 

  • Our fields and cages are available to rent for tournaments, team practices, individual use, or private parties. All surface rentals are subject to availability.

Terms And Conditions

  • Rental fees will be paid prior to surface rental.

  • Refunds/discounts for tardiness will not be provided.

    Pre-Payments & Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, with timely notice, we will allow your club to use these funds towards future bookings.

    Teams will exit the playing surface immediately upon the end of their time.


    If you book a block of time through the Rental Coordinator and do not inform them of a change in your reservation, the block of time is considered rented. NO make-up time will be offered and the funds will be forfeited. If you postpone a session and notify TBK as specified, the time will be made up in the next available block of time or the session will be moved to end of the reservation into the next available block of time.
