Class Description

Level II-Maxx: This class will offer total body movements and metabolic conditioning. You will increase overall health, fitness, and wellness; while building muscle, burning fat and better endurance. Our movements are designed to be minimal impact. Exercises include: wall exercises, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells and boxes.

Level II-HIIT & Core: Level II HIIT&Core is a 30 minute high intensity, all-out effort cardio workout followed by a 20 minute core workout. Each section of the class will use multiple equipment, including but not limited to, kettle bells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, sleds, ropes, core balls, etc.
