Class Description

Level II-Maxx: This class will offer total body movements and metabolic conditioning. You will increase overall health, fitness, and wellness; while building muscle, burning fat and better endurance. Our movements are designed to be minimal impact. Exercises include: wall exercises, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells and boxes.

Level II-HIIT & Core: Level II HIIT&Core is a 30 minute high intensity, all-out effort cardio workout followed by a 20 minute core workout. Each section of the class will use multiple equipment, including but not limited to, kettle bells, dumbbells, plyo boxes, sleds, ropes, core balls, etc.

Level II-Strength: Level II Strength will focus on compound lifts and hypertrophy training. We will increase lean muscle mass to help burn calories and accentuate your shape! Attendees will learn how to execute proper lifting form safely. Exercises will include: squats, lunges, presses, rows, and other strength movements.

Level II-Mobility-This 30 minute session will focus on various drills that will prepare your body for every day activity and daily workouts. If you, like many others, suffer from neck, shoulder, and/or low back pain, you will benefit greatly from adding this to your routine.
