Maxx: This class will offer total body movements and metabolic conditioning. You will increase your overall health, fitness, and wellness, while building muscle, burning fat and gaining better endurance. Our movements are designed to be minimal impact. Exercises include: wall exercises, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells and boxes.
Level II Strength: This class includes carefully constructed programs made specifically to create stronger bodies and minds. The main purpose of the strength class is to develop strength and efficiency to compliment other activities that you may enjoy. During any particular class, you can expect focused development of strength in exercises such as Deadlifts, Squats, and/or Overhead Presses and other variations, followed by a short session of high intensity exercise not to exceed 10 minutes in length. Be the strongest you that you can be!
Pre + Post Yoga: This class is designed to help your body recover your last fitness endeavor + prepare your body for its next one. Deep stretches are paired with breathing techniques and intentionally selected movement to promote muscle recover, improve alignment and decrease stress. This 60 minute class is appropriate for all bodies, no prior experience necessary.
Bootcamp: Boot camp will consist of h.i.i.t training. Including both cardio and strength training focused exercises. This class will be designed to raise your heart rate level in interval style while building full-body strength. Workouts may also involve push ups, squat jumps, burpees and sprints. Workouts will be designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week! Equipment used in this class: ski-ergs, airdyne bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells & more!
Blast: This high intensity class will keep you moving with high- and low-impact moves using plyo boxes and other bodyweight movements such as burpees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and more. H.I.I.T. segment will be followed by 20 minutes of core strengthening exercises to give you a full-body workout.
Kickboxing Cardio: Our kickboxing cardio class is a killer weight loss class! It provides improved flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, and bone density, and of course, a boost of confidence!
You can expect to burn up to 600-800 calories in this 60-minute class, as we work with simple punching and kicking techniques specifically blended to achieve a great full-body workout while keeping the heart rate optimal. Kickboxing cardio is easy to follow, yet provides a great workout for people of all fitness levels. You will control the workout based on the power of punches, the height of kicks, the depth of stances, and the speed.
*Due to Covid-19, at this time we ask that all kickboxing cardio participants bring their own gloves if planning to use gloves for this class. Gloves are not required, but highly recommended.
*Yoga mats will be available for our pre + post yoga classes but we highly recommend bringing your own mat & water bottle to class.
