Class Description

Level II-Maxx: This class will offer total body movements and metabolic conditioning. You will increase overall health, fitness, and wellness; while building muscle, burning fat and better endurance. Our movements are designed to be minimal impact. Exercises include: wall exercises, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells and boxes.

Level II-HIIT: High intensity cardio workout mixed with light to moderate strength training to keep the heart pumping and the calories burning. Expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, sleds and more during this class! 

Level II-Strength: Level II Strength will focus on compound lifts and hypertrophy training. We will increase lean muscle mass to help burn calories and accentuate your shape! Attendees will learn how to execute proper lifting form safely. Exercises will include: squats, lunges, presses, rows, and other strength movements.
