This tournament is open to USAV, AAU, and JVA teams 

All teams are welcome! 

 EVENT INFORMATION

Registration alone does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Payment must be received to be accepted.

Entry fees can be paid online via AES, or by mailing a check.

FORMAT: Saturday Pool Play / Sunday Bracket Play

AWARDS: All players will receive complimentary bag tags. 1st and 2nd place of each gold division will receive custom medals.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS: There will be an athletic trainer available to tape and assist with minor injuries and serve as a first responder to more serious injuries.

 HOTELS

Traveling Teams guarantees the lowest advertised rate on comparable rooms.

All hotel rooms for this event must be booked through Traveling Teams. A link to book hotels will be available by September 1 at level12sports.com

Exemption: Clubs located less than 75 miles from the event are not required to book a room through Traveling Teams. Teams outside this radius need to email tristan@level12sports.com for an exemption.

REFUND POLICY

• Teams that withdraw before December 31^st will receive a 50% refund.
• Teams that withdraw after December 31^st will receive a credit to apply towards another Level 12 event at the same price.

Doors open daily at 7 am. The first match is at 8 am each day.

The schedule will be posted the Tuesday prior to the event.
