Our certified instructors are not only experts in their fields but also passionate about fostering a welcoming environment. We encourage open communication, celebrate individual achievements, and provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels!

WHY TAKE CLASSES?

  • Everyone  can benefit from the accountability and direction of a group class. Studies have shown that supportive accountability measures help adults achieve their fitness goals!
  • Group classes play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community and enhancing social aspects of life. These classes create a supportive environment where participants can not only learn and grow together but also establish a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

Our state of the art spin room has over 20 Keiser M3 indoor bikes, booming stereo system, and colored lighting.
