The goal of the Level II Training staff is to help you in your health and fitness journey any way you can. With our wide variety of trainers and our diverse backgrounds, you’re sure to find the right fit. We’ll work with you to help come up with a game plan and start you in the right direction to your goals.

MAXX TRAINING

WHAT IS IT

MAXX Training is our large group training program. With a package you get unlimited access to all of our MAXX (Strength) classes and MAXX Kickboxing classes. (Must be 15 years of age)

MAXX

These group training sessions focus on full body strength and conditioning. Learn how to train using barbells, free weights, and cardio equipment from our coaching staff in each class. If you’re looking for a training program that is cost effective and fun, this is it!

MAXX Kickboxing

This martial arts inspired fitness format that is both heart pumping and exhilarating! Taught in our new state of the art studio room by top instructors in the area.

ATHLETE U

YOUTH TRAINING

WHAT IS IT

Athlete U is Level II’s youth performance group focused on making athletes better! These fun and competitive workouts are scheduled every Monday-Thursday for ages 7-11 and 12+. (Schedule)

Unlike most youth training programs Athlete U focusses on developing attributes that will help you perform better for sport. Each session is led by our certified instructors and incorporates speed, agility, skill, power development, and endurance training.

OUR MISSION

In every class, we prioritize creating an atmosphere of positivity and mutual support. Our certified instructors are not only experts in their fields but also passionate about fostering a welcoming environment. We encourage open communication, celebrate individual achievements, and provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels!

WHY TAKE CLASSES?

  • Everyone  can benefit from the accountability and direction of a group class. Studies have shown that supportive accountability measures help adults achieve their fitness goals!
  • Group classes play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of community and enhancing social aspects of life. These classes create a supportive environment where participants can not only learn and grow together but also establish a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

SPRING/ SUMMER HOURS

(BEGINING DAY AFTER MEMORIAL DAY)

Monday - Friday: 4:30AM - 9:00PM

Saturday / Sunday: 6:30AM - 5:00PM
