We reserve the right to “fudge” seeds for competitive purposes and so club/school/travel teams from same town organization do not play each other in the first round.

REGISTRATION-Wristbands, Rosters

1. Coaches must check in 45 min before your first game at the facility where your first game is played.
2. Keep the wristband on ALL WEEKEND!!!!

i.     If you take off your wristband – you may be asked to pay.

1. There will NOT be a sign-in at other facilities (if multiple facilities being used) – only at the facility where your team play’s their first game.(If you have a coach or time/score keeper that will not be able to sign-in SAT, they can sign-in Sunday if nobody has signed in for them)
2. Teams will receive (3) wristbands. Head Coach, Assistant Coach, score/timekeeper.
3. Coaches MUST TURN IN THE ATTACHED ROSTER AT REGISTRATION– or your team will NOT be allowed to play! Do not e-mail – turn in this roster at registration.
4. Turn in this attached roster at registration. Do not e-mail. Do not use our online registration. Bring this filled out to coaches’ registration.
5. Only players on the roster will be allowed to participate on your team.
6. Only players on your roster can sit on the bench.

PLAYERS ON TWO TEAMS

1. Players are NOT allowed to play on two teams in the same division.
2. If a team has a limited number of players due to injuries, the coach must inform the tournament director if the team is going to use other players. Or turn in the form found on our website.
3. Players may play on two teams in different divisions.
4. Players, if playing on two teams in different divisions, absolutely may NOT join a game once a game has started.
5. Only players on the roster are allowed to sit on the bench.

POG PINS

1. Officals will pass out a Play of the Game Pin on SAT Only to one player from each team after the game.
2. Tell player to go to banners and fill out the rest of the information to have their picture for social media.

SCHEDULE

1. Format for 4GG (games guaranteed) (SAT=2 game Pool Play / SUN=2 Games Bracket)
2. RIGHT SIDE winners receive Trophies & Medals.
3. LEFT SIDE winners receive Medals.
4. RIGHT SIDE Runner ups receive Medals.
5. SUN BRACKET: Format for 6 Team Brackets (some teams may get 3 games)
6. SUN BRACKET: Format for 3 Team Pools – Will be Round-Robin format and only winner will receive trophies & medals
7. Schedules will be e-mailed to you Monday very late.

9. Doors open 45 minutes before 1^st game
10. Teams are scheduled by Grade Division First – Then Skill Level! Therefore, some grades may be combined to create competitive match ups.
