A.R.X. Training for Athletes
What is A.R.X.?
A.R.X. (Accelerate, React, Explode) is Level II Fitness’ youth athletic development program for athletes ages 9–14. It is the evolution of our former Athlete U program, now rebuilt and expanded to deliver a next-level training experience.
This summer, A.R.X. launched with speed and agility sessions powered by USR Speed Labs technology, giving athletes measurable performance data through advanced metrics tracking. Starting this fall, we’re building on that foundation with the addition of strength sessions, creating a complete program that develops both speed and strength.
Two Ways to Train
ARX Speed – Sprint mechanics, acceleration, max velocity, change of direction, and power. Every athlete receives a Digital Speed Profile with national rankings by age, sport, and gender.
ARX Strength – Proper weightlifting mechanics, age-appropriate strength training, and injury-prevention strategies. Sessions alternate between upper- and lower-body focus to ensure safe, effective progress.
Together, these sessions give athletes the tools to run faster, move better, and get stronger—all in a fun, team-like environment.

 Why Choose A.R.X.?
Official USR Certified Speed Lab – Data-driven testing, not guesswork.
Expert Coaching – Focused on proper technique, long-term development, and building confidence.
Group Training Format – Encourages accountability, competition, and teamwork.
Ages 9–14 – Designed specifically for youth athletes preparing for higher-level play.
Free Trials & Team Assessments – Available for all sports.
Train smarter. Track your speed. Build your strength. Join the movement.
Welcome to A.R.X.

Fall Schedule (Starting Sep. 2nd)
Mondays & Tuesdays – Speed @ 4:30 PM, Strength @ 5:30 PM
Wednesdays & Thursdays – Strength @ 4:30 PM, Speed @ 5:30 PM
This alternating structure keeps training fresh, balanced, and highly effective — giving athletes the chance to train smarter, stay healthy, and make consistent progress.
OUR SESSIONS
A.R.X. is built on two key training formats designed to complement each other and give athletes the complete package: Speed and Strength.
A.R.X. Speed
A.R.X. Speed is our elite youth speed development program. Using USR technology, athletes receive measurable feedback on every aspect of performance. Sessions rotate focus daily between:
Max Velocity – top-end sprinting mechanics
Acceleration – explosive first steps and drive phase
Change of Direction – agility and quickness in all planes
Power – developing the force needed to run faster and compete harder
Each athlete builds a digital Speed Profile, with national rankings by age, sport, and gender to track progress over time
A.R.X. Strength
A.R.X. Strength teaches proper weightlifting and strength training mechanics in a safe, age-appropriate way. Sessions alternate between:
Lower Body Focus – building a foundation of strength and power
Upper Body Focus – developing balanced strength and durability
Workouts are scaled to the athlete’s experience level, ensuring beginners learn proper form while more advanced athletes continue progressing with appropriate challenges. This approach improves performance, helps prevent injuries, and prepares athletes for future high school training programs.
