
About Cody
Cody is the current Fitness Director and one of the trainers at Level II Fitness. He holds certifications as a personal trainer through NASM and as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).
With a background as a collegiate baseball player and two-time All American, Cody brings a wealth of experience to his coaching. After his playing career, he transitioned to coaching high school baseball before entering the private training sector. Over the past five years, Cody has worked extensively with players of all ages and skill levels, refining his approach to athlete development. Cody has been a personal trainer since 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, along with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
His passion lies in training athletes, drawing from his own athletic journey during college to craft effective training programs. Cody is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experiences to help athletes achieve their goals.

Cody’s Boys and Girls Elite Performance Groups are designed for athletes aged 15-18 who are ready to elevate their training to new heights! No matter what your sport, this program offers exceptional benefits tailored to enhance athletic performance. Unlike conventional strength and conditioning programs, our focus is on honing specific skills that directly translate to improved athletic performance.
Training sessions are strategically designed to boost acceleration, top speed, agility, and power—essential elements for excelling in any sport. Throughout the summer, groups will meet twice a week and have access to cutting-edge performance testing technology, including the Dashr laser gate system and bar velocity speeds using a Vitruve encoder. These advanced tools provide instant feedback and detailed quantitative data, empowering you to refine and optimize your training program at an individual level.

If you are interested in any of our performance programs, please complete the form below. Athletes who have not previously participated in an elite performance program are eligible for a complimentary trial session. Keep in mind there are only a select number of spots open in each group. After submitting your information, you will receive an email response to discuss the program(s) you are interested in further.
